Earlier today, some customers may have experienced timeouts or failed API requests impacting POS integrations with Punchh. This issue affected loyalty-related actions initiated from the POS.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and all Punchh POS APIs are operating normally. Loyalty functionality at the POS should be working as expected.
Possible Failed API requests across Punchh API’s including
• Guest lookups
• Check-ins
• Reward redemptions
• Guest creation from POS
