The issue causing intermittent API failures across Punchh services has been resolved. During the incident, some users may have experienced timeouts or errors in the mobile app, loyalty profile management, POS loyalty functions, and Platform Functions API, which may have impacted reward redemptions, check-ins, guest lookups, and new user signups. All services are now operating normally.

• Timeouts or errors displayed in the mobile app when navigating
• to different pages
• Timeouts or errors displayed when managing loyalty profile or rewards online
• Timeouts or errors for loyalty functionality at the POS
• Timeouts or errors from Punchh Platform Functions API
• Failed Redemptions
• Failed Checkins
• Failed Guest Lookups
• Failed signups
